    We've been monitoring our ryzen server network for 48 hours and we didn't find any issue after the NIC card replace. We're marking this incident as resolved.

    We were finished the maintenance, we installed a 10G NIC card on the Ryzen server to fix the issue. We'll be monitoring the network whitin the next 48 hours, the services status will be at "degraded performance" during this monitoring.

    We identified the root cause issue, we'll be replacing the network cable as well as the optic module on the switch. Downtime window will be tonight around 21:00 EST

    We will be performing corrective maintenance on our Ryzen server to fix the network port that is limited to 100 Mbit/s. This maintenance will be carried out on May 10 between 13:00 - 17:00 EST

    GTT has scheduled maintenance for the Path.net Miami Point of Presence (PoP). Throughout this maintenance, we will carefully monitor the PoP to assess the feasibility of rerouting traffic and minimising any potential impact. While the maintenance is underway, the traffic will be automatically redirected to another carrier, but we expect brief interruptions during this period.

    This maintenance will be a major downtime of 2-5 hours, we will begin a migration process of all Ryzen services to our new Virtfusion Control Panel, this process will begin on April 26, 2024 at 17:00 UTC. This process will take from 2 up to 5 hours, since we have to do a previous backup of all VPS to ensure data redundancy before doing this migration.

    We are currently experiencing problems with our upsteam, which affects all our services. The downtime is due to the fact that they are moving the servers to another cabinet. According to our upstream, the incident will be resolved on Monday 25/03/2024.
