The incident was resolved. The NVMe drive was replaced succesfully and all services should be online. We'll be giving SLA for this incident.
We've detected and hardware failure on one of our disk of our RAID Array system, we're replacing the disk to get back online this server

They've received a response from their transit provider and connectivity has been restored. They are monitoring before returning full traffic to the Miami PoP.
One of their transit providers is having issues in their Miami, Florida region. They have already reached out and are attempting to route around it on their end.
The maintenance was completed.
We're scheduling an emergency maintenance for all our Ryzen services to perform a CPU change to our node. This will be take 20-40 minutes of downtime, maintenance windows will be Sep 23 at 13:30 EST.
We'll schedule a maintenance to our Miami Game Servers to realize network improvements, mitigate high latency and packetloss issues. Additionally, unfortunately we will do a IP renumbering to the Game Servers nodes during this maintenance. Maintenance window will be Sep 19 at 21:00 EST , we expect a partial downtime during this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
This maintenance was completed. Our monitoring period was ended.
The network issue fix was applied to GS-MIA02. We'll be monitoring within the next hours to check stability. All game server nodes should be operational.
GS-MIA01 node network issues was fixed. We'll be applying this fix on GS-MIA02.
