    Please refer to a very important maintenance announcement that may have an impact on hosting services:

    Network Maintenance – July 12th, 2024

    Services Affected: All Miami Services

    Start Date: July 12th, 2024 - 14:00 EST
    Estimated End Date: July 12th, 2024 - 15:00 EST

    Summary: We will be performing an upgrade on our Path.net connection migating our actual Path.net GRE connection to IX connection. This will improve latency and network stability and fix some network issues that we have in the last few days.

    Impact on Customer: There is expected interruption to service as we have to change the routes of our actual connection. As a result, we have decided to notify our customers for transparency.

    Updates: We will provide updates via our status page throughout the maintenance. You can subscribe for alerts on our status page (https://status.plasmanodes.com).

    We'll schedule a ip renumbering to our Miami, FL location. Unfortunately we will do a IP renumbering due to we wont renew the contract with the actual subnet owner. Maintenance window will be June 18 at 18:00 EST, we expect a partial downtime during this maintenance after ip renumbering. We will send an email regarding IP renumbering with the new ip subnet. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    We've been monitoring our ryzen server network for 48 hours and we didn't find any issue after the NIC card replace. We're marking this incident as resolved.

    We were finished the maintenance, we installed a 10G NIC card on the Ryzen server to fix the issue. We'll be monitoring the network whitin the next 48 hours, the services status will be at "degraded performance" during this monitoring.
