Services Affected: All services running on Ryzen servers in Miami, FL. Start Date: June 12th, 2025 - 00:00 EST Estimated End Date: June 12th, 2025 - 02:00 EST
Summary: The router software will be upgraded to fix a known firmware bug that can potentially cause unplanned downtime. During this time, there will be multiple reboot events, lasting up to an estimated 15 minutes each, causing network inaccessibility.
Impact on Customer: All services hosted in miami including VPS and Game Servers services running on Ryzen servers will encounter a brief downtime as they conduct this maintenance.
