    Please refer to a very important maintenance announcement that may have an impact on hosting services:

    Rack Server Migration – September 23th, 2025

    Services Affected: B-MIA01, GS-MIA01, DB-MIA01
    Start Date: September 23th, 2025 - 00:00 EST
    Estimated End Date: September 25th, 2025 - 00:00 EST

    Summary: We will be migrating our server to our main upstream (located in other rack). During this time there will be a complete outage of all services located on B-MIA01 Node (All Budget/Xeon services) as the server will be deracked from the actual provider and moving the server to other floor inside Datacenter. We recommend take precautions and make backup of your services as this process could take days during migration. Please note that your services wil not be affected by dataloss while this maintenance it's in progress.

    Impact on Customer: All services hosted in Xeon nodes will encounter a complete downtime as we conduct this maintenance.

    Updates: We will provide updates via our status page throughout the maintenance. You can subscribe for alerts on our status page.

    Upstream Emergency Maintenance – August 15th, 2025

    Services Affected: B-MIA01, G-MIA01, GS-MIA01, GS-MIA02, DB-MIA01, DB-MIA02
    Start Date: August 15th, 2025 - 13:40 EST
    Estimated End Date: August 15th, 2025 - 21:30 EST

    Summary: Our upstream will be performing an emergency maintenance to upgrade and fix critical components on their mitigation system and capacity in Miami's PoP. During this time traffic will be re-routed to another upstream while they perform this maintenance. Please note that you may experiencie brief network blips/outages while this maintenance it's in progress.

    Impact on Customer: All services hosted in Xeon/Ryzen nodes will encounter a brief downtime as they conduct this maintenance.

    Updates: We will provide updates via our status page throughout the maintenance. You can subscribe for alerts on our status page.

    Backup network it's normal as expected. This maintenance it's marked as resolved.

    This maintenance was conducted and performed successfully after Datapacket's (A+B) power supplies failed. We'll be monitoring network if futher issues exists.

Path.net packetloss issues

    We've switched to backup network successfully. Network is stable as normal but we'll be monitoring for the next few hours to guarantee network stability. If you're still facing network issues contact us through or ticket system.

    We are working to pushing to live our alternative Backup Network through another carrier to avoid futher issues while our main network its fixed. You may experiencie some network disruptions while we apply this backup network.

    Path.net re-routed our traffic through Dallas PoP. We'll post more information as we have them. Network it'll be as "Degraded Performance" while path.net fix Miami location.

    Summary: We will be migrating services to a AMD Ryzen 9 9000 series based server. We will be performing a maintenance to migrate all services to the new server. During this time, there will be a large outage, causing service inaccessibility.

    Impact on Customer: All services hosted in Ryzen node will encounter a large downtime as we conduct this maintenance.
